What if I am not available at the time of delivery?

At The You By Simran, We take returns only in cases of defects. This needs to be informed in 48 hours of receiving your shipment. For returns, it is mandatory to make and send us the video while you open the parcel and checked the suit & you found the defect. You may contact us through Whatsapp. We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
